A background in the military and the fire service provided a strong foundation for a career in Kinesiology, Brenda knows all aspects of human movement and has had several clients she has helped to improve how they move. She first focuses on balance and flexibility. Then strength may be incorporated. All of her sessions are creative, with no two being exactly alike.

As a breast and many times skin cancer survivor and also one who has had a hip replacement, Brenda knows first hand about the need to move to heal. She has worked with clients who have been in auto and bicycle accidents, suffered from work injuries, had surgeries and with those in severe pain, all with improved results

Having advanced level training in both TRX and Functional Movement, Brenda can train you to use your own body weight to achieve maximum results. She knows what screening to do to analyze your movement through a functional lens and evaluate the factors to improve your physical capacity. She focuses on the seven foundational movements: squat, hinge, lunge, pull, rotate and gait

Truly Brenda believes she was a fish in another life and loves being in the water. She creates a water session specifically designed to your needs. It is low impact, minimizing stress on the joints so suitable for those with joint pain or mobility limitations. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility, stress reduction, improved mood weight loss and improved balance and coordination.
