With over two decades as a Master Sifu (instructor), Brenda teaches Classical Ch’uan Tai Chi, which involves a series of a warm-up, and three parts of slow flowing movements combined with deep breathing and meditation. This is a form of martial art that focuses on defense as opposed to Karate, Taekwondo or Judo, etc. which focus more on offense. It helps to improve balance, flexibility and mental wellbeing. It reduces stress, anxiety and depression.

Brenda brings a wealth of prior training and years of international teaching to make each yoga session creatively special. She is particularly known for her partner yoga classes, group yoga events and her yin/ restorative yoga.

Brenda has led meditations around the globe for over 30 years. She is best known for her CHakra meditation which is designed to open up the seven main energy centers in the body to promote a harmonious flow of energy to the other 101 energy centers. She offers meditations on various subjects and is able to tailor a meditation to meet one’s specific needs. As well, breathwork is a part of her meditations.
